TRAITOR: Obama Demanded to Forfeit Nobel Peace Prize
Kirsters Baish| Former President Barack Obama won the
Nobel Peace Prize back in 2009, and there are still tons of people who disagree
with the decision. Following a damning report which involved the Obama
administration and Hezbollah, Israeli politicians are demanding that Obama
forfeit his prize.
The Daily Caller reported that politicians in Israel
have turned completely against former President Barack Obama after the report
came out. Israel is a country that is directly affected by the terror of
Hezbollah. Politicians are so angry that they are even calling for Obama to
forfeit his Nobel Peace Prize.
The Jerusalem Post reported that many Israeli
politicians responded, and provided some of their responses.
Yeah Atid chairman Yair Lapid stated, “Obama must
return his Nobel Peace Prize. Israel warned repeatedly that there can be no
connection between the nuclear deal and anti-terror activity, certainly against
Hezbollah…We also warned of this specifically, because of the proven link
between Hezbollah and Iran.”
Regional Cooperation Minister Tzachi Hangebi
responded, “Up until the Obama Administration, every American President fought
terrorism uncompromisingly…I am convinced that the Trump Administration will
not turn from that tradition and the outrageous and mistaken policy that was
revealed this week will not be repeated.”
Former Israeli Ambassador to the United States
Michael Oren made it clear that he was against Obama’s policies when he stated,
“It was clear that the government was willing to do anything to reach an
agreement, including ignoring Iranian terror that took the lives of hundreds of
Americans and Israelis and hundreds of thousands of Syrians. This exposée and
others that may be published in the future must strengthen our resolve…[to]
change this dangerous agreement.”
Then there was Communications Minister Ayoob Kara who
not only took a poke at Obama, but made it clear that Trump was much better
suited to aid Israel. Kara questioned, “Does anyone still doubt why Obama was
bad for Israel and how Trump is better for us?”
Fox News reported on the Hezbollah deal. They
explained that the Obama administration allowed Hezbollah a “get out of jail
free card” when it came to their drug trafficking and money laundering ring
inside the United States. They did this in order to make sure that the Iran
nuclear deal would be pushed through.
the Drug Enforcement Administration started Project
Cassandra, which was a detailed campaign used to target the Lebanese militant
group. The issue was that there were many roadblocks holding the entire
campaign back. Obama administration officials aided in allowing Hezbollah to
turn into a major global security threat.
David Asher was a Defense Department illicit finance
analyst in 2008 who helped start Project Cassandra. Asher told Politico, “This
was a policy decision, it was a systematic decision. They serially ripped apart
this entire effort that was very well supported and resourced, and it was done
from the top down.”
The leaders of the project were working out of a
DEA’s Counter facility located in Virginia. They looked for some kind of okay
to follow through with investigations, prosecutions, arrests, and financial
sanctions, however the Department of Justice and the Treasury delayed these
requests. They are also known to have outright rejected requests.
Politico also reported:
Over the next eight years, agents working out of a
top-secret DEA facility in Chantilly, Virginia, used wiretaps, undercover
operations and informants to map Hezbollah’s illicit networks, with the help of
30 U.S. and foreign security agencies.
They followed cocaine shipments, some from Latin
America to West Africa and on to Europe and the Middle East, and others through
Venezuela and Mexico to the United States. They tracked the river of dirty cash
as it was laundered by, among other tactics, buying American used cars and
shipping them to Africa. And with the help of some key cooperating witnesses,
the agents traced the conspiracy, they believed, to the innermost circle of
Hezbollah and its state sponsors in Iran.
They were to follow shipments of cocaine and track
trails of dirty money. They also traced what they thought to be the innermost
circle of the terrorist group as well as the group’s state sponsors in Iran.
However, Project Cassandra seemed to be reaching too
high. Obama administration officials provided roadblock after roadblock. Dozens
of participants spoke for the first time about what went on during their time
working on Project Cassandra claiming that the Obama administration was
purposefully blocking them from doing their jobs.
Barack Obama was the fourth United States president
to win the Nobel Peace Prize, but did he truly deserve it? It’s time that we
take a deeper look into the things Obama did during his time in office.
